Planning and programme review

Schedule Builder supports cell editing, F2 and replacement typing, decimal handling and Enter/Tab/Shift+Tab/Escape navigation. Project switching and asynchronous save continuation keep the selected project context separate. WBS editing, relationship access and the analytical Activity Register/Gantt support planning and review.

Typed Start and Finish milestone records have zero duration, an event date and binary completion. Calendar assignments and dated exceptions support activity planning and resource availability with distinct precedence. Run Schedule calculates the selected project's saved activities; review calculated dates separately from saved live dates and use controlled schedule changes where required. WBS, scheduling, milestones and activity calendars are available in all paid plans; resource availability requires Schedule + Resources or above.

Project status and plan-qualified controls

Project Control Dashboard distinguishes duration-weighted schedule progress from value-based commercial claimed progress. Schedule + Resources and above add resource demand and allocations; Project Controls and Complete add commercial measures, budgets, claims, cash flow and status exports. Complete includes the wider document, quality, safety and risk registers and audit. User-role requirements continue to apply.

The release includes embedded Help, appearance choices and an administrator-confirmed fictional Sample Project for learning. Its demo baseline remains unapproved. The sample is a teaching aid rather than customer evidence; no success, acceptance or financial assurance is inferred from its records.
