Website and trial terms.

Sign in to Account and explicitly activate an eligible trial before using the 30-day evaluation period. Account creation and downloading the installer do not activate a trial or create a paid subscription.

Operator and licensor

The website is operated, and FacadePM is licensed, by Altaf Hussain trading as FacadeOps in NSW, Australia.

Permitted use

You may install and evaluate FacadePM for your own internal business purposes during the trial. You must not misrepresent, sell, sublicense, republish, tamper with, or distribute the installer, or use the software to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Software licence

FacadePM is licensed, not sold. While you hold an active trial or subscription you may install and use it for your own internal business purposes. You must not copy or distribute FacadePM, or any component included with it, other than as an installation these terms permit; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble FacadePM or its components, except to the extent applicable law or a component's own licence expressly permits; remove, obscure or alter any copyright, licence or other notice in the software; or work around technical limitations in it.

Third-party components

FacadePM includes components licensed by third parties, including Microsoft. Their notices and licence terms are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and the licenses folder of the FacadePM installation folder. Those components are provided only as part of FacadePM and not for separate use. Their suppliers give you no warranty and have no liability to you under these terms. Where a component's own licence grants you rights that these terms would otherwise restrict, that licence applies to that component.

Precautionary notice: Microsoft's Azure SDK for .NET, from which FacadePM includes the Azure.Core and Azure.Identity libraries, states that its source repository incorporates material from OpenTelemetry .NET (github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet), Copyright 2023 OpenTelemetry Authors, licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. A copy of that licence is in the licenses folder of the FacadePM installation folder. This notice is published as a precaution; it has not been confirmed that the included libraries contain that material.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for the project information you enter and for maintaining appropriate independent backups. Evaluate the software carefully before relying on it for critical operational decisions.

Installer integrity

Download FacadePM only through the official FacadeOps download path. Check the published filename, digital-signature publisher, and SHA-256 checksum before installation. Do not run a file whose details differ.

Trial, pricing, and purchase

The trial lasts 30 days. Published monthly named-user prices, including GST, and plan comparisons are listed on the Pricing page. No payment is collected by downloading the trial. Paid subscription checkout is available through the authenticated FacadeOps portal. Any purchase is subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Availability and support

The website, download, and trial are provided on an as-available basis. Features may be corrected or updated over time. Nothing on this website replaces a written agreement that expressly applies to your use of FacadePM.
